In 2011, the first store opened as Diệu Âm Feng Shui Shop at 63 T6 Street, Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City. The early product range was broad, including Buddhist scriptures, agarwood incense, block incense, countryside incense, and feng shui items such as wooden Buddha statues, ceramics, ceramic burners, three-legged toad ornaments, and decorative vases made from precious woods.
In 2014, the store moved to 217 Lam Van Ben Street, Binh Thuan Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. At the new location, the business streamlined its catalog and focused more deeply on agarwood, while also adopting the name Thien Thanh Agarwood. Core products during this period included agarwood incense in stick, coil, cone, and bamboo-free forms, together with agarwood pieces such as solid resinous wood and smaller fragments. During this stage, the business operated under Edula Skill Co., Ltd. and concentrated on production development, material testing, and customer care systems.
In 2018, the brand opened another store at 28 Vinh Hoi Street, Ward 4, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City. Brand development rights were transferred to K-GOLD Co., Ltd., marking a phase focused on marketing growth and agarwood export. The brand also launched storefronts on domestic e-commerce platforms such as Sendo, Lazada, Tiki, and Shopee.
In 2020, operations were consolidated into one main store and one distributor. The main store remained at 28 Vinh Hoi Street, Ward 4, District 4, while the District 7 distributor operated at 219 Lam Van Ben Street, Binh Thuan Ward, District 7. During this period, the brand suspended activity on domestic e-commerce platforms as part of its restructuring.
From 2023 onward, the main store moved to 61 Street 45, Khanh Hoi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, in the former District 4 area.
