Payment Policy

Summary: K-GOLD supports multiple domestic and international payment methods and sets out clear rules on payment confirmation, refunds, and transaction security.

Scope

This policy applies to purchases made at K-GOLD / Thien Thanh Agarwood stores and through K-GOLD’s online channels. It explains accepted payment methods, payment confirmation, refund handling, and general transaction security principles.

Accepted Payment Methods

For domestic customers in Vietnam, K-GOLD currently supports Cash on Delivery (COD), cash payment at store, in-store card payment where POS service is available, bank transfer, and VNPAY online payment for customers in Vietnam.

For international customers, K-GOLD may support international bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Payoneer payment link / payment request, PayPal, or other suitable methods confirmed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Domestic (Vietnam): COD, cash at store, in-store card payment, bank transfer, VNPAY.
  • International: international bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Payoneer payment link / payment request, PayPal, or another confirmed method.

Notes on Payoneer and PayPal

For certain international orders, K-GOLD may provide a remote payment link so the customer can complete payment more conveniently. Depending on the payment partner’s supported options at the time of transaction, customers may be able to pay by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or another supported method available in that payment link.

The actual options available may vary depending on the destination country, transaction type, and the payment provider’s support at the relevant time.

Payment Confirmation and Recording

Orders are processed after K-GOLD receives payment confirmation for prepaid methods, or after the customer completes acceptance of the parcel in the case of COD.

After successful payment, customers may receive a receipt or invoice upon request. For bank transfers, customers are encouraged to keep the transaction reference or payment proof for later verification if needed.

Refunds and Dispute Handling

Refunds may be issued through the original payment method or another method agreed between both parties, depending on the transaction type and practical conditions.

Refund handling usually takes 03 to 14 business days, depending on the bank, payment partner, or intermediary platform involved.

If a payment issue occurs, such as an incorrect amount, duplicate transaction, missing payment confirmation, or a transaction requiring verification, customers should contact K-GOLD promptly and provide relevant proof for review and support.

Fees and Related Charges

For international transactions, currency-conversion fees, intermediary charges, payment-processing fees, or similar charges may apply. These costs are normally borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

If K-GOLD issues a refund or payment adjustment due to company error, related charges may be reviewed for support on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Security

K-GOLD applies appropriate measures to protect payment information to the extent necessary for transaction handling. K-GOLD will never ask customers to provide passwords, OTP codes, or similarly sensitive information through email or public messages.

Customers should carefully review payment information, avoid sharing sensitive information with unknown third parties, and contact K-GOLD immediately if anything unusual appears during the payment process.

Quick Payment Guidance

For domestic bank transfers, customers should include the order code or clear identifying information in the transfer note.

For COD orders, customers should prepare the appropriate amount in advance or confirm another payment arrangement beforehand if applicable.

For international orders, customers are encouraged to contact K-GOLD first to confirm the payment method, beneficiary details, and any related charges.
