Coupon Discounts Now Available – More Benefits for Members and Thien Thanh Customers

Thien Thanh Agarwood has introduced a new Coupon discount feature for orders placed directly on our website. The system currently supports three main Coupon types: Public Coupons, Membership Coupons, and Special Member Coupons. Depending on the promotion, selected Coupons can also be combined in the same order when all applicable conditions are met.

Following the introduction of our membership program and level-based benefits, the Coupon system gives us more flexibility to create offers for different customers. Each Coupon can have its own target users, validity period, discount value, and conditions, so available benefits may differ between accounts.

Three types of Coupons

1. Public Coupons

Public Coupons are promotional offers made available to a wider group of customers on the website. They may be used for events, limited-time promotions, or general website campaigns.

Depending on the Coupon, conditions may include a validity period, minimum order value, eligible products or categories, discount value, and usage limits.

2. Membership Coupons

Membership Coupons are connected to the Membership system. Customers at an eligible membership level may receive Coupons created specifically for that level.

As customers continue shopping and their membership level changes, available Membership Coupons may also change according to the active promotion. This means member benefits can include not only the automatic discount associated with a membership level, but also additional Coupons prepared for eligible members.

Customers should sign in before placing an order so the website can correctly identify their membership level and available Coupons.

3. Special Member Coupons

Special Member Coupons are assigned to a particular account or selected group of customers. They may be used for customer-care programs, thank-you offers, special occasions, or other benefits that Thien Thanh Agarwood wants to provide directly to selected customers.

Because these Coupons are linked to specific customers, they will not necessarily appear for every account.

One account can have multiple Coupons

Depending on current promotions, one account may have access to a Public Coupon, one or more Membership Coupons, and a Special Member Coupon at the same time.

Customers can review the Coupons available during the ordering process and choose the offer that best suits the order.

Some Coupons can be combined

One useful feature of the new system is that selected Coupons can be used together in the same order. However, not every Coupon is stackable.

Combination depends on the rules of each Coupon. When a promotion allows it, the website checks the eligibility of the selected Coupons and calculates the corresponding discount before the customer confirms the order.

This makes it easier to see the actual discount and final order total directly on the website instead of calculating the benefit separately.

Coupons and membership discounts are separate benefits

A Membership Discount is determined by the customer’s current Membership level and follows the membership program rules. A Coupon is a separate benefit with its own conditions and validity period.

A member can therefore have both a membership benefit and one or more available Coupons. Whether different benefits can be used together is checked by the website according to the rules of the applicable promotion.

Review Coupons and the final total during checkout

When creating an order on the website, customers can review available Coupons, applicable conditions, the discount calculated for the order, and the final amount before completing the purchase.

This makes the checkout process clearer by showing which Coupon is being used and how much value is actually deducted from the order.

Signing in is especially important for Membership Coupons and Special Member Coupons because the website needs to identify the correct account and confirm eligibility.
