Domestic Shipping
Ho Chi Minh City Area
- Bank transfer: delivery via Grab or Ahamove with a shipping fee of 35,000 VND.
- Cash on delivery (COD): the shipping fee may be higher depending on the delivery conditions; our staff will confirm the exact charge before dispatch.
Orders to Other Provinces and Cities
- Carriers: the store currently works with Viettel Post and VNPost. Please select one of these services when placing your order.
- Base fee: 45,000 VND.
International Shipping
Payment
All international orders must be confirmed for payment before shipment is arranged. Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation or after K-GOLD verifies payment according to the method applied to that order.
Shipping Options and Charges
Thien Thanh Agarwood currently offers two international shipping methods:
- VietnamPost postal service
- Express service – DHL / FedEx / UPS
International shipping does not use one flat rate for all orders. Instead, the system automatically calculates shipping charges based on the destination country or region and 0.5 kg weight tiers, helping customers review costs more clearly and choose the most suitable delivery method.
Features of Each International Shipping Method
VietnamPost
- Includes a tracking code, although tracking updates may be slower.
- The parcel may be delivered directly to the recipient, or in some cases collected at a local post office.
- Estimated delivery time: 10 to 20 days.
- In some cases, the parcel may be returned if the local postal service cannot contact the recipient.
DHL / FedEx / UPS
- Includes a tracking code with more frequent updates.
- Door-to-door delivery.
- Estimated delivery time: 4 to 7 days.
- Shipping charges are clearly shown in the system during checkout for easier review.
General Notes
- The domestic fees above are base charges. For international orders, the actual shipping cost may vary depending on the destination country, shipment weight, parcel dimensions, delivery address, and shipping conditions.
- For international orders, any costs related to import procedures or customs clearance will be reviewed and confirmed on a case-by-case basis. In suitable cases, Thien Thanh Agarwood may proactively support part or all of these charges to help make delivery more convenient for the customer.
- Customers can track their orders in their account under Order History, and shipment status will be updated based on the carrier’s information.
