This policy applies to all purchases made at K‑GOLD / Thien Thanh Agarwood stores and online channels. It defines accepted payment methods, when payments are recorded, refund handling, and transaction security.
Accepted Payment Methods
Domestic (Vietnam):
COD (Cash on Delivery).
Card payment at store (POS for domestic and international cards where available).
Cash at store.
Bank transfer (prepayment or refunds via bank transfer).
International:
International bank transfer.
Western Union.
MoneyGram.
Payoneer for online payments.
Payment Confirmation and Recording
Orders are processed after K‑GOLD receives payment confirmation (for prepayments and transfers) or after customer acceptance for COD orders.
Upon successful payment, customers will receive a receipt or invoice upon request. Keep the transaction reference for bank transfers for verification.
Refunds and Disputes
Refunds are issued via the original payment method or by bank transfer if otherwise agreed.
Refund processing typically takes 3–14 business days, depending on payment method and banks.
Report payment issues (incorrect amount, duplicate transactions, missing payments) immediately with proof so K‑GOLD can investigate and resolve.
Fees and Charges
International transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or intermediary service charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
If K‑GOLD is responsible for return fees, those costs will be reimbursed per agreement.
Payment Security
K‑GOLD implements security measures to protect payment information; card and account details are used only for transaction processing.
Do not share sensitive information (passwords, OTPs) via email or public messages. K‑GOLD will never request passwords or OTPs by email.
Quick Payment Tips
Domestic transfers: include order ID and recipient name in the transfer note.
COD: prepare exact change or confirm card‑on‑delivery availability.
International payments: contact us first to confirm account details and applicable fees.
